THE LOBA MANIFESTO
Loba (n. Spanish): female wolf
Cosmology & Belonging
I belong to the Earth and the Earth belongs to me; held and protected by Her nature, I am never alone.
Nonduality/interdependence grounds my spirituality and ethics; my moral web spans intimate relationships and wider Creation without pulling me too far in either direction.
Theosis (active participation with the divine) roots my agency; life doesn’t happen to me, it happens for me.
I orient my life around creation, not consumption.
I protect the sacred: that which must be protected to sustain life – beauty, love, creativity, free thought and expression, peace.
All things are possible with time and form.
Inner Authority & Practices of Knowing
I turn inward for decisionmaking.
Intuition is my trusted friend: I practice attunement to her voice. The more I attune, the keener she becomes. Though my intuition is my truth, it is not the truth.
Listening practice is life practice: through presence and discernment I attune to resonance, frequency, energy.
When in doubt, I consult the elements and all my senses.
My body is a doorway to innerstanding. I tend to her with loving-kindness.
Mind, Identity & Growth
I have ideas, but I am not my ideas; I don’t define myself by external identities.
Abundance and manifestation grows from a place of authenticity.
Even when I am facing fear or hyper-vigilance, I source from a calm and confident place within.
Action in the World
I use my voice to advance love, peace, and justice.
I stay engaged with the living world around me, and use technology as tool, not crutch.
I don’t avoid or escape - I seek support, give time to integrate, and honor the birth-death cycle as regenerative mystery.
I embrace ritual and ceremony as meaningful markers in my life. I engage with them regularly.
Boundaries, Community & Ripple
I conserve my energy - and my “yeses” - as needed.
I support other women freely, without envy or expectation.
I harness the potency of intention, balancing discipline with playfulness in all I do.
I am always learning, always growing, always tending, always changing.
Embodying these values creates beauty and strength, and ripples out into my communities.
